Breeding Program

Here at Schindler's Griffons, we are not a kennel. Mia is part of our family. We raise about a litter per year of puppies, with our primary focus on family oriented, healthy, hunting dogs that maintain the traits and characteristics of the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon breed.

Barley's Royal Mary Maria ("Mia")

Mia was born here in St. Paul on March 31, 2018. Mia has a great hunting drive and is eager to please. At the end of the day she would prefer to be curled up in your lap. She is soft and loving and is happiest carrying a toy around. Sire: CH VC Griffe D'Automne Mr. Brown "Jacque". Dam: Willamette Valley's Rasta Barley.

Mia has a medium length coat and weighs about 60 pounds.

Mia is NAVHDA hunt tested. She participated in the NAVHDA Natural Ability Test at the age of 14 months and completed with a Prize 2 Classification.
